Independence Day

July 4

A faith and freedom reminder: The first words of the Declaration of Independence appeal not only to political ideas, but to a Creator: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal..."

Many early American Leaders saw human dignity and freedom as gifts rooted in God's design. As we celebrate 250 years, we can give thanks for the blessings of liberty while praying for wisdom, humility, and unity in the years ahead.

Family Service Month

With travel and activities at a peak for the summer, our Rising Stars ministry will be taking a break from their normal gathering routine and will instead be participating in our main service.

Regular services for our Rising Stars will resume August 2nd.

Twinsburg Community Service Opportunity

Saturday, July 11

10 AM - 12 PM

We invite our church family to join us in serving the Twinsburg community! The Twinsburg Parks and Recreation Commission is hosting a Center Valley Trail Clean-Up Day on Saturday, July 11, from 10 AM to 12 PM. Meet at the East Idlewood Shelter (9797 E. Idlewood Drive).

No experience or special equipment is required—just come dressed for the weather (which means you can wear your NorthStar Church t-shirt) and ready to help. Please bring water, work gloves, and a snack if you'd like.

This is a wonderful opportunity to care for a local community resource while building relationships and making meaningful connections with our neighbors. We hope you'll join us as we serve together with joyful hearts!

Outdoor Church Service & Picnic

Sunday, August 16 @ 10 AM

One of our favorite annual events is almost here! Mark your calendars for Sunday, August 16 at 10 AM.

We'll gather for worship and a message from Pastor Terence, followed by an afternoon of fellowship, delicious food, some friendly competition, and tons fun together. Be sure to bring a dish to share!

We look forward to spending the day together!

Christie's Adoption Fundraiser

The Christie family is prayerfully continuing their adoption journey, trusting God’s faithfulness every step of the way. As they move forward in this process, they invite our church family to partner with them through prayer, encouragement, and support.

If you would like to contribute toward their adoption fundraiser, you can do so by clicking the button below:

Please feel free to share this opportunity with friends and family who may want to support their journey. Most importantly, continue to keep the Christie family in your prayers as they seek God’s guidance and provision throughout this process.

Thank you for being a church family that walks together through life’s joys, challenges, and seasons of faith.

Prayer Requests & Praise Reports

We would love the opportunity to pray for you and with you. If you have a prayer request, praise report, or a needplease let us know so we can personally and faithfully be praying for you.

* Please continue to be in prayer for NorthStar throughout the month, specifically for next steps—for wisdom, unity, and clarity as we seek God’s direction and grow together in faith and mission.

Book of the Month

Every month Pastor Terence will recommend a book of suggested reading for that month.
